Public parks, botanical gardens, walking trails and landscaped community areas need toilets close to visitor routes, but conventional construction may disturb planting, pathways or daily operation. Factory-built toilet units allow the main enclosure and fit-out to be prepared off site while placement and connections are coordinated for the selected location.

The project can be planned around the expected visitor pattern, available footprint and surrounding landscape. External colours and finishes, ventilation, lighting, water use, accessible access and service routes should be selected for the park environment and expected visitor use.

How the Solution Is Planned

Send the park plan, proposed position, visitor numbers, peak periods, required compartments, accessible route, utility availability, landscaping constraints and maintenance-vehicle access. If solar lighting, water-saving fixtures or reduced-noise ventilation are required, list them as project options for technical review.

The final layout, exterior treatment, fixtures, ventilation, foundations, utilities and reinstatement responsibilities must be confirmed before production.
